I haven’t received my pendant yet, but let me tell you, their customer service support is amazing! I wanted to receive my pendant earlier than what the shipping had put, because of a rodeo event I wanted to have it for and they worked with me constantly trying to figure something out for my order, which was so helpful and amazing! Couldn't be happier with our daughter's class buckle! We created this custom buckle starting with one of the other custom designs and modified it to fit her style.
