Super easy and flexible process! The end result is amazing. it took about a month to be processed and shipped to me, even after i made alterations in the blueprint process. I definitely recommend buying from them, super high quality!

I love the quality!! However it took 3 months in the process of making and delivery, but it was really worth it .

It appears our staff indeed DID file a lost package submission on our end as well, and took action immediately to resolve a concern that was not our fault. As discussed we did what the post office would allow. So sorry you are still facing confusion to cause you to be upset.
Worst experience I’ve had with a online small business. Owner is very rude and not helpful at all. She should definitely work on her customer service. I was excited about placing a order with her bc of all the amazing reviews she has but when I was having complications with the order she could’ve handled the situation in a more professional manner and chose to be rude. And because of that this will be my first and definitely last purchase.
