A: All of our items are handcrafted. Our production time fluctuates, depending on how busy our production team is. We will provide you with a rough estimated time of completion, once we begin production on your order.
However, if you need your order by a certain date, we really recommend you consulting with us prior to placing your order. This way we can provide you with the current production time, and or the chances of having your order completed on time.
We are not responsible for any orders not arriving to you on time, if we are not aware of an event that you need it by.
A: Yes! Within 2-5 business days you will receive the graphic design with your customizations by email. If we have any questions regarding your custom requests we will contact you to clarify them before we start working on your design.
Your order will NOT go into production until we receive your 100% approval. It is very important that you check your email often, including junk/spam folders, throughout this process to avoid any delays.
Below are some common questions about our products
A: After selecting your favorite product, you must fill out and choose from options in the product form that every item contains while shopping.
Choose from all our symbols, designs, and options... or you can even create your own designs, or symbols. We have no limits on what or how you can customize your item!
A: Yes! Just select the “Logo/Brand” button option within your item's product form to upload your image files.
A: Don’t worry, you can upload your own images! Select the “New Figure" option for new symbols you would like us to create, or the “Logo/Brand” option to upload your own logo/brand file.
You can also use the “Special Instructions” option, displayed just above the add to cart button section of every item, to explain ONLY additional details about your customizations.
A: Definitely! We are always open to new designs. You must purchase your item from our Design Your Own collection, and upload your images of drawings with your own ideas, or an image of another belt buckle for inspiration or even recreate it.
A: It is very hard to tell the size of a buckle through images, that is why we have provided you with the dimensions for each item in exact inches. It is a matter of personal preference, and has nothing to do with the pant/belt size you wear.

A: We ship anywhere in the US, Canada, Australia and a few other countries in Europe.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, once you enter your shipping information, where you will also find out whether or not we ship to your country.
A: Yes, we are currently offering free standard shipping on all $300+ orders!
