Politique d'expédition
Cowboss Silversmiths most commonly ships all packages by USPS, 2-3 day priority. In special events, we ship via UPS upon expedited shipping service request by each customer. Once the shipping carrier has the package, we are no longer responsible for any loss or delays the carrier experiences. In most events, we are able to assist customers by contacting the carrier for any additional information. However, we cannot cover any inconveniences due to carrier delays our of our hands.
(International Shipping) - We do offer international shipping. The price of shipment will be displayed at check out upon entering your address details. Customer is responsible for any and all shipment/customs fees. If additional fees are added upon shipment, you will be notified by the carrier and you must cover that cost. We are not responsible for costs.
Once orders are complete with our production process, they are immediately shipped to the address you entered. We do not make any address alterations, (unless specifically requested by customer) or verify validation. It is your responsibility to provide us with your full and CORRECT shipping address. We use the exact address that you have entered at checkout. Therefor, If we have shipped out your order and you notice there has been an address error, we are not responsible for a lost package once it has been shipped and out of our shipping department. Once your order has been marked shipped we no longer have access to it. It is now in the hands of the mail carrier. Where we will not be able to handle package, or modify address. You must re-order at your cost. Please thoroughly check your address, or reach out to us immediately to alter the address! We can help, if not yet shipped.
Provide us with an address that you feel is safe to receive valuable packages! Once it has been marked "delivered" by the post office, and out of our office it is no longer our responsibility. We do not have control over updates provided by the package carrier (USPS or UPS). We cannot cover lost, stolen, or packages sent to the incorrect or unsafe address. You must contact the carrier on your end, and we will no longer take any action to file any type of lost claims. You are able to, if needed.
If your package arrives damaged or empty due to improper handling by the mail carrier, we can file an insurance claim for a replacement order, no reimbursement. You will have to wait for re-production current time frame. If this occurs, contact us immediately at support@cowboss-silversmiths.com
If your order has not yet been shipped and you would like to correct, or update an address; please contact us by email ONLY at support@cowboss-silversmiths.com with your order number.
