In your case, rather than purchasing a 'San Judas' buckle, you purchased a custom buckle that happened to have a Saint Jude symbol in the center, along with another name that you must customize. We understand names and symbols/logos will not fit everyone, which is why you have the ability to customize. While selecting your options for your order, you selected NONE for a figure, and when we sent you the graphic design that clearly displayed the center being empty with no figure per your order submission, you approved. We do not show any records of you attemting to request the same as the display, asking for clarification and we also don't show any record of you contacting us after receiving your order to go over a solution. We're happy to offer a great outcome, if asked. Also clearly stated on our ordering process help page is how to customize your item, and we let you know that you are purchasing the overall buckle design, not was is in it, until you make your selection. In the same manner that you are able to type in your own name to make it yours, you are able to select the 'Saint Jude' figure from our dropdown of many options, instead your order selection was NONE for figure option. We are sorry we did not receive any communication from you whatsover in the attempt to clear any confusions, and we simply followed your orders submission.
