We indeed delivered exactly what you ordered. After further review, it seems you’re upset because you yourself ordered incorrectly. You ordered “NONE” as figure, and received, NO figure. You reviewed and approved of the very clear, graphic design/proof that we sent… We are very sorry it is not something you reviewed properly. That is not something we can control, our end is clear.
