From order to arrival date it took about 4 weeks. They are able to turn your vision into reality. I love how the buckle turned out-it’s going to be a great gift!
I submitted an order for a buckle with an idea of how I wanted it to look. I couldn’t quite picture of in my head though, I just had a bunch of mixed ideas bouncing around. From Microsoft paint concept art to a highly detailed graphic design, the staff was very helpful and communicative, and worked very hard to ensure all details were as desired before going to production.
