I haven’t received my pendant yet, but let me tell you, their customer service support is amazing! I wanted to receive my pendant earlier than what the shipping had put, because of a rodeo event I wanted to have it for and they worked with me constantly trying to figure something out for my order, which was so helpful and amazing! They were so sweet and understanding and possibly the best customer service I’ve ever had in my entire life. They respond fast and are super kind and try to be helpful in any way they can. I will definitely be buying from them again, and supporting their business from now on. They found a forever customer just by making a difference and being kind and understanding and super flexible trying to make their customers happy. I highly recommend ordering from this place! Couldn't be happier with our daughter's class buckle! We created this custom buckle starting with one of the other custom designs and modified it to fit her style.
