I haven’t received my pendant yet, but let me tell you, their customer service support is amazing! I wanted to receive my pendant earlier than what the shipping had put, because of a rodeo event I wanted to have it for and they worked with me constantly trying to figure something out for my order, which was so helpful and amazing!
