Q: How long does an order take to get here?

A: All of our items are handcrafted. Our production time fluctuates, depending on how busy our production team is. We will provide you with a rough estimate on production time once we begin production on your order. However, if you need your order by a certain day, we really recommend you consulting with us prior to placing your order. This way we can provide you with the current production time, and or the chances of having your order complete. We are not responsible for any orders not arriving to you on time, if we are not aware of an event that you need it by.

Q: How do I customize?

A: After selecting your favorite product, you must fill out and choose from options in the product form that every item contains while shopping. Choose from all our symbols, designs, and options... or you can even create your own designs, or symbols! We have no limits on what or how you can customize your item!

A: Yes, select Logo/Brand within your item's options to upload your file. Or, you can select "new figure" and upload an image of a new symbol you would like if not already a given options. The custom options are endless!

 

Q: Can you create a new design from my own ideas/drawing?

A: Yes! Definitely, we are always open to new design ideas. You must purchase the New Design product and upload an image of your drawing with your ideas, or an image of another inspiration buckle image.

Q: Will I see a mock up of the item I ordered before being made?

A: Within 2-5 business days you will receive the graphic design with your customizations by email. If we have any questions regarding your custom requests we will contact you to clarify them before we start working on your design. Order will NOT go into production until we receive your 100% approval. You must check your emails throughout the process. 

 

Q: How can I see the difference of each buckle size?

A: It is very hard to tell the size of a buckle through images, that is why we have provided you with the measurements of each size option in exact inches, for your convenience. It is personal preference, and nothing to do with what pant/belt size you wear. We cannot recommend a size to you, it is all personal preference. Depending on your style, and what size you feel comfortable in.
